Please send the following by post to the Kreitman School

Students from non-English-speaking countries must also submit notarized or certified translations (Hebrew or English) of their documents and complete grade transcripts.
  1. An official bachelor's certificate and complete, certified course/ grades record.
  2. An official Masters certificate and complete, certified course/ grades including a grade for the thesis (if there is one), and the weighted grade average of the degree.
  3. Additional pertinent academic certificates.
  4. Three references* (must include recommendation of Masters advisor/advisors). Each adviser must send a recommendation letter (they are counted as a single letter). Candidates in life sciences, please also include reference from the future advisor.
    * All recommendations must be from people who have a Ph.D in your subject or in a related field (recommendations from the academia are preferred) The form for recommendation letters is on our website these are to be sent by the referees directly to the Kreitman School (can be sent by fax or e-mail) http://in.bgu.ac.il/en/kreitman_school/Pages/ContactUs.aspx.
  5. Only candidates for the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences are required to submit a preliminary statement of the research to the Kreitman School Office, signed by the proposed advisor.
  6. A check for $150 US registration fee made out to the Ben Gurion University or a receipt of payment.

Submitted certificates and documents will not be returned, so you must enclose certified copies, not the originals, of your degrees, etc.
A certified copy is one validated either by the issuing body, a notary public, or by our office.
